With Southwest orientation on the main façade which overlooks a typical street of the old quarter of Barcelona, and Northeast orientation on the rear façade overlooking a unique courtyard with vegetation.
The project has been carried out by recovering the beauty of the original elements of the estates of the time: hydraulic floors, Catalan vault, woodwork, stone and ironwork; while it incorporates the contemporary elements necessary for today’s comfort needs.

Raval: Location and surroundings of this property

The development is located in a cozy street, between the historic Nou de la Rambla and Arc del Teatre streets, an area known for its artistic and cultural tradition, very close to some of the most emblematic city areas such as: Plaza Colon, Port Vell, Palau Güell, the Ramblas, the Gran Teatro Liceu, Drassanes Avenue and the Gothic neighborhood.
The multicultural character of the neighborhood itself reflects the coexistence of the neighbors from diverse backgrounds, which gives it a cosmopolitan and cultural ambient that reflect the essence of the old town.
Excellent accesses to the public transport network -the Drassanes underground station (Line 3) nearby and numerous bus lines-, with connections in all directions from and to Barcelona city. Schools, basic services, leisure and restoration are available in the area, which would allow a comfortable life and no need to commute to other neighborhoods in the city.
The streets Guardia, Arc del Teatre and Est will be remodeled following the criterion that has been applied in the Old City in the last decades, to prioritize the streets for pedestrians and reduce the presence of vehicles. For this, the sidewalks will be eliminated becoming a single platform, fundamentally paved with cobblestone granite.
The new pavement of the streets will enforce the upgrading to convert the electricity, water and gas supply nets much modern and efficient. Special emphasis will be on improving the public lighting, which will renewed with an increase of light poles of higher performance and less energy consumption.
In all these streets, there will be a new trash collector pneumatic system as well. The sewage network will be also improved, which will include the renovation of all drains.
