We have to highlight that the property has a southeast – northeast orientation, what gives an extra of breeze in the indoor. The residential complex includes large green areas, a wonderful sports area with 3 tennis courts, racquetball, a football court and 3 swimming pools. There is also a supermarket open the whole year. Benicasim has become a tourist reference in the province of Castellon due to its wonderful enviroment.
