Sants: Location and surroundings of this property

A few minutes away from Plaça Espanya, one encounters the Arenas shopping centre. Heading north is L'illa shopping centre, one of the best in Europe. It is next to the Sants market and very close to the Hostafrancs market. One can enjoy a wide range of gastronomy and leisure in the whole area. The street where it is located is quiet and very pleasant, it has all the services, medical care, schools, sports centres, etc.
It is located in Sants, an area with its own identity, a commercial and very lively district where cultural action is tradition. Next to Sants high-street, one of the longest shopping streets in Spain and very close to the Plaça Espanya. At walking distance from the mountain of Montjuic and all of its recreational and sporting possibilities: the Fair, the Fountains, the National Museum of Art of Catalonia, Teatre Lliure, Teatre Grec, CaixaForum, Miró Foundation, the Olympic stadium, Picornell pools, etc.
It is next to the Magòria, an old railway station of 1912. At present the Magòria-La Campana station, in the same location but underground. The passenger building has been reconverted into a Civic Centre. There is a football field in Magòria and a primary care centre.
It has excellent transport connections, it is next to Mercat Nou (line 1-Red) Metro as well as Plaça de Sants and numerous bus stops. To get around and travel we have the Sants train station (with Ave, long and short distance train and a connection to the airport) and (line 3-Green and line 5-blue) Metro, Hostafrancs (line 1-red) Metro station and Plaça Espanya with numerous urban bus lines and connections to the airport.
