Amenities and special features of this detached house

Bioclimatic house, with horizontal lines, tectonic, but above all sweet and respectful with the forest, and which avoids abruptly resting on the ground.
The intention of the project is to respect the natural land as much as possible, and to conserve the forest in its pure state in order to protect the environment and considerably reduce irrigation and maintenance costs. In limited areas, it is planned to plant autochthonous shrub species from the Sant Llorenç Natural Park area, in order to maintain a balanced ecosystem.
The tonalities and selected materials also try to integrate with the place, for this they have chosen sober, elegant and neutral tones that are diluted gently with the existing landscape. The resolute distribution allows comfort, functionality and transparency, which is why it has been decided to design fl uid spaces that have a balanced relationship with the exterior.
The access to the house, hall, laundry room and the rest of the night area, equipped with three bedrooms and bathroom, is done by the first floor, and the day area, consisting of a generous living room, kitchen, guest toilet and master bedroom with bathroom are located on the ground floor. This last room has a comfortable private space, fully fit for rest and enjoy nature.
The plant in the shape of "Y" is an answer to adapt it to the existing natural terrain and the slope curves, where it opens to the views, and closes to the sides to preserve the maximum privacy between neighbors. The volume that contains the day area on the ground floor, and oriented to the southwest, has large windows where the boundary between the interior and exterior is completely blurred.
A generous terrace, with barbecue area with porch, accessible from the living room, the master bedroom, and the garden, frames the views towards the mountain opposite. It has the function of box, where you can fully observe the recreational activity of the pool, and contemplate emotional sunsets. This space is ideal for meetings and family parties or with friends.
Regarding the entrance of natural light, we have opted for a succession of large windows framing the panoramic views towards nature, skylights, where we are looking for a theatrical entrance light, and wooden lattices where an entrance of light is required more controlled and with more privacy.
It is a compact housing with all the insulation placed on the outside, with air chamber and low emissivity, and suitable orientations, which allows an important thermal inertia and avoids the loss of energy (kW heat and cold).
The house has a thermal installation consisting of radiant / refreshing floor, and production of domestic hot water (DHW) through a renewable aerothermal heat pump system, appropriate to ensure the welfare of the occupants, and regulating the performance thereof and their teams. It has chosen to replace the solar installation with a system of four photovoltaic collectors to support the production of energy in the house during the day, approaching - with the help of the collectors - to a house of almost zero consumption.
