As we enter the house we find a nice and comfortable hall which gives access to the living room, the kitchen and the hallway leading to the rooms. The large living room of over 500 ft2 gives access to a cool and shaded terrace that serves as summer living and dining room which flows into the 1100 ft2 terrace and lawn garden. Majadahonda is a municipality of the Community of Madrid located 16km northwest of Puerta del Sol in Madrid and bordering the municipality of the capital.
Currently the population is around 70,000. Its expansion has been accelerated, as in all towns and cities belonging to the metropolitan area of Madrid.
It has a large number of services such as the new Hospital Puerta de Hierro Majadahonda, private and public schools and the presence of many businesses. Majadahonda is well connected, sustainable, transparent, innovative, family-residential and an excellent place to live.
