Calpe: Location and surroundings of this property

Calpe (en valenciano y oficialmente Calp), es un municipio de la Comunidad Valenciana situado en la costa norte de la provincia de Alicante, en la comarca de la Marina Alta. En su costa se alza majestuosamente el Peñón de Ifach, una mole calcárea de 332 metros de altura, rico por su vegetación y aves a las que cobija. Dicho Peñón es uno de los símbolos de la Costa Blanca, declarado parque natural por la Generalitat Valenciana en 1987.

Calpe, además de ser una invitación para tus sentidos, está perfectamente comunicada: el aeropuerto de L´Altet (Alicante) y el de Manises (Valencia) a 75 y 130 km. respectivamente, permiten conectar con las principales capitales a través de vuelos nacionales e internacionales. Además, desde los puertos de Calpe (Port Pesquer el Racó y Puerto Blanco), tenemos las idílicas islas de Ibiza y Mallorca a 60 millas náuticas.

Desde las calas de “El Collao” en el extremo más occidental, encontramos playas como la “Arenal-Bol”, “Cantal Roig” o “Levante”, 2 clubes náuticos y un puerto pesquero que presenta una imagen muy animada, junto a el se suceden restaurantes en los que degustar pescados y mariscos.

Atreverse con una subida al Peñón de Ifach, visitar el Real Club Náutico, pasear por el majestuoso “Paseo Ecológico Príncipes de Astúrias”, disfrutar de los “Baños de la Reina”, bucear en sus calas, nadar en sus playas de arena fina, visitar las Salinas o su casco antiguo, son solo algunas de las actividades que podrás realizar en Calpe.
