This bright property is a corner semi-detached house so it only shares a façade. Located in one of the quietest streets in the area and having only one neighbor, we enjoy an unbeatable tranquility and privacy.
We enter the property on the side of the street and as we climb a short flight of stairs we found the first floor distributor. To our right, a renewed courtesy toilet and as we follow we find a wide and bright multipurpose room, with large sliding glass doors that allow us access to the patio and light all day. The patio has total privacy and wooden parquet flooring. To the left of the distributor we find a very functional room.
