The Alfonso XIII Avenue, is one of the central streets in the Hispanoamérica area, Chamartín District.
High demand in the area bounded by the Paseo de la Castellana. Very close to Santiago Bernabéu and the Spanish mall El Corte Inglés.
Motorways such as the M-30 and Highway to Barcelona and the North of Spain, and connections to M-40 make this area next to all districts and major cities of Spain.
The area has ideally location within a 10 minute drive to the center of Madrid, just 20 minutes’ drive to the nearest golf course, shops, public houses, National and Secondary Schools, playground, football pitch, hair and beauty salons, library and regular bus routes. Chamartín Tennis Club is just in 10 minute walk distance. It offers wide range of infrastructure and services, hospitals and gas stations.
Metro stations Avenida de la Paz and Colombia are close by, also Concha Espina, Santiago Bernabéu and Cuzco are very accessible. Chamartín train station moved to the nearest ski resort in 20 minutes, and Nuevos Ministerios station access all lines of the metro in Madrid, and airport shuttle. There are also many bus lines that reach the center or the outskirts of Madrid in minutes.
