This magnificent building, is located in one of the most exclusive districts of the city, where all the Government buildings are located. The building dates back to the seventies of the 19th century. Presents the uniqueness that the building was composed a formerly pedestrian street, on whose surface was built a unique floor that corresponds to the hallway of the property: therefore the main façade attached to the right of the six heights of the building, there is a lower body which corresponds to the farm lobby.
