Chalet farmhouse in the area of Serratella. It is part of a group of three houses with a communal pool and private access. At the entrance we find an esplanade that is normally used for parking up to 3 cars or can also serve as a terrace. After three steps we find the main terrace of about 20 sqm in which you can enjoy a good temperature throughout the day. The property is in Burriana maritime area, 1 km away from El Arenal beach where we find the Nautic Club, Sports Harbour, Fishing Port and Tennis Club. This area is next to all kind of services in Burriana town as schools, helth centres, restaurants, supermarkets, mall centres and public transport. Burriana coast is formed by three main beaches: El Grao, La Malvarrosa and El Arenal, being them all separated by breakwaters, making this town a charming, intimate and family place. El Arenal beach is famous because of its golden and thin sand, and a popular meeting point for Burriana and neighbour towns inhabitants.
