On Cirilo Amoros St, and next of the Mercado de Colón, is this landmark building, designed by the architect Carlos Carbonell as a result of a commission for the General Exhibition of Valencia in 1909. It is a wonderful example of Modernism early last century. The facade uses stylistic references of Art Nouveau and the Viennese Secession and introduces a new element: a curved central top superior. When we enter the apartment, we find a large hall. Turning on the right, there are two large rooms: the living room and the dining room, both with very high ceilings and balconies overlooking the street. On the left, we have four bedrooms with large closets. One of them gives the bright and spacious patio blocks and has a bathroom en suite. Housing also has a large office kitchen and two bathrooms. The property is on the fourth floor and has balconies to the street and large windows overlooking the patio, allowing plenty of light throughout the day.
