Canyamel: Location and surroundings of this property

The Canyamel coast is the perfect place to purchase a holiday property in a nice villa neighbourhood. The town centre of Canyamel offers restaurants, cafés and includes small supermarkets fully satisfying one’s daily needs. The immediate surroundings include the golf course as well as the idyllic sandy beach and the swimming inlet of Cala Rotja. Within a radius of 10 kilometres there are a further three golf courses, various beaches, the medieval towns of Artà and Capdepera as well as the marina of Cala Ratjada. As opposed to other holiday towns, Canyamel is less saturated and rather offers what one may call quality tourism. This can be seen in its current selection of hotels and is confirmed by the opening in June 2016, of the new five-star Hyatt resort. As a result, the property market in this area is increasingly establishing itself in a higher price-range and upper market segment.
