This well-maintained finca is located in the Mondragó nature reserve and about 150 m from the sea. The cosy house is built at ground level and has an open living/dining area with a fireplace and a kitchen with storage room. There are three bedrooms with five beds and a bathroom. The beautiful bay of Cala Mondragó and Es Sabinar can be reached in a few minutes. Santanyi with its numerous shopping facilities, restaurants and bars can be reached by car in about ten minutes.

Cala Mondragó is part of Mondragó's766 hectare natural park. The two largest bays, ses Fonts de n'Alis and s'Amarador, are connected by a short walk on a rocky path and are one of the most beautiful and clean bays in Mallorca. The next largest town is Santanyi and is about 56 km from Palma.The village in theSoutheast, withitsnearly 12,000 inhabitants, isoneofthemostbeautiful in Mallorca. The housesarebuilt in the original Majorcan style withtheirtypicalMaréssandstone. In thecentertherearemanysmallshopswhereyoucan find extraordinaryfashion, jewelery and decorativeitems.
