A true oasis in the city of Las Palmas , Ciudad Jardín was established by British residents who dominated the economic life of the region in the late 19th century.
Ciudad Jardín is a residential neighbourhood located in the heart of the city of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, between the neighbourhoods of Alcaravaneras and Arenales. It is a neighbourhood mainly made up of single and two-family houses, generally with gardens and large green areas for leisure, among which the Doramas Park and the Roman Park stand out.
