For group bookings the building has the capacity to accommodate 24 people (22 adults + 2 children max.) The great palms in the gardens are floodlit and the pool has underwater lighting. The BBQ pool surroundings and the covered area for relaxation are well furnished for dining and relaxation, as there are plenty of chairs and tables as well as sun loungers & sunshades.

The 12x7m kidney shaped pool and sunbathing area has been re-tiled and this goes right around the building making it wheechair friendly with a new sloping pathway from the car park to the back of the building. Free of steps, it leads to the entrances of the apartments.

The villa is comprised of a large hallway, a living room, dining area, separate kitchen and enclosed terrace area that leads out to the private patio area for Al Fresco dining and entertaining.
