As we enter the apartment, we find ourselves in the entrance hall that gives access to the 3 different corners of the house. As we turn to the right from the front door, there is a large lounge, with dark wooden floors and 3 balconies that look out onto where Calle Bailen crosses with Calle Valencia. Being a chamfer building, we get the impression that there is a lot of open space outside, and a lot of natural light comes in through the large windows. Next to the lounge is the the first of the 2 bedrooms, large enough to fit a double bed, and which also has its own balcony that looks out onto the street.
As we go back to the entrance hall, straight infront of us is the kitchen, with enough space to fit a table and 4 chairs.
The apartment has 2 bathrooms. One a toilet with a sink, and the other a bath with a sink. Both are big enough to transform into 2 complete bathrooms if one desired.
