- Equestrian facilities: A large covered sand school is included in the project together with 45 stables, a tack room and office and large storage room in the basement.
The total m2 built size is app. 3500.m2. An outdoor arena can be added without any problems.
The price refers to the get of the shares of the company owning the land, including the provision of the applicable building licenses on company´s name. The construcción itself is not included.
