Just ten minutes away from the Mirasol train station, we found this property distributed on two floors with garden and pool.
On the ground floor there is a large space where there is the kitchen, semi-opened to the dining room and the living room, divided into two very welcoming environments. This space communicates directly with the garden through a south orientated windows, giving plenty of light and joy.
On the ground floor we also find a double room, a guest bathroom with shower and washing machine room with direct access to the backyard.
All rooms are exterior rooms and they have with lots of light and ventilation.
The first floor is accessed through the staircase and there we find two double bedrooms, a bathroom for these two with shower and the master suite which also has a bathroom and plenty of space.
