House built on 2 spacious floors and a charming attic; surrounded by a beautiful garden with swimming pool, it has a large garden, both front and rear.
At street is the entrance to the parking lot for a car, motorbike, bicycle and space for storage. It has a dressing room for the pool with a small bathroom and a small room for machines. A small flight of stairs leads to the pool area.
