Vallvidrera: Location and surroundings of this property

Located in the Collserola mountains (upper part of Barcelona area, next to Tibidabo) specifically in Mas Guimbau, which is now a residential area where we can find different style chalets: houses from the late nineteenth century to brand new design ones. These properties have the advantage of being located in what is known as 'the Barcelona lung'; where the fresh air, privacy, natural surroundings and spectacular views are the main attractions.
There is a bus station in front of one of the entries of the house.
The house is close to Baixador de Vallvidrera and Les Planes FGC stations. With the train we arrive in 10 minutes to Barcelona (Sarrià); the trains stop is next to the school Montserrat, which is the school of Spain that has the best qualification as an educational center.
In Mas Guimbau residential area there is a Primary Care Center (CAP) and a pharmacy. It is also close to the primary schools Xipres and Nabí and nursery school Puput.
