This charming house is located in a quiet street and about 5 minutes driving from El Puig. Property has a luminous and large dining room with access to the terrace. Terrace has beautiful views of the garden that surrounds the house. The kitchen is spacious and has an storage room. On the first floor we find two double bedrooms with built in wardrobes, a spacious and luminous master bedroom with balcony, dressing room and an en suite bathroom. A nice bathroom with bathtub completes this floor. At the end of the staircase we arrived to the nice loft and a terrace with orange groves views. The house has a small garden and a cozy terrace to allow us to enjoy it all year round. This house has gas heating throughout the house and air conditioning.


El Puig: Location and surroundings of this property

This house is situated in one of the best areas of El Puig, close to the heart of the town. El Puig is a very nice village located only 14 km north of Valencia, with direct access through the motorway and with very quiet beaches. The region where it is located is dedicated basically to growing oranges and vegetables and there is an important element to remark: The Puig Monastery; it is one of the best examples of the Valencian architecture and a top historical and touristic point. The village has been growing these past years focusing in quality of life, and nowadays provide all kinds of services, to help its inhabitants in their daily lives. A remarkable advantage is having the beach and the mountains so close, giving nature lovers the opportunity to enjoy the excellent weather, landscapes and the environment at its best. Also, city lovers will find it very easy to get to Valencia or other cities through the excellent A-7 motorway connections.
