It belongs to the Guadarrama basin, located about 38 km west of the capital. Its closeness to Móstoles is favouring its growth. Most of the municipality corresponds to the Guadarrama Basin except for some streams that belong to the Alberche basin through the Perales River. Seville la Nueva has areas of vegetation such as the Boyal meadow. Surrounding municipalities: Villanueva de Perales, Brunete, Villaviciosa de Odón, Navalcarnero and Villamanta.
It has an excellent public transportation service that connects it comfortably through various bus lines with Madrid. In the future, it also has a project approved for a suburban train line that will be located just 8km from Sevilla la Nueva.
The town also has two large food supermarkets, as well as public and private schools and nearby universities.
