El Olivar de Mirabal: Location and surroundings of this property

Located in the urbanization El Olivar del Mirabal. Perfect location and tranquility. Access from the M-50 road. Close to prestigious colleges and universities (Mirabal College, St. Michael's School, Trinity College, Los Fresnos Highlands and San Pablo Ceu Universities, Francisco de Vitoria). The origins of Boadilla as a population go back to an Arab past, because they have found deposits that corroborate this, namely the finding of a mortar foundation, belonging to a supposed mosque, and by the appearance of graves that are possibly Arabic. This suggests that the name itself could be derived from the Arabic Boadilla, which would indicate that for a time it was under the Saracen domain. There were also discovered deposits of a possible medieval settlement, but there is no written record of any relevant fact in the area during that time. The town is located at an altitude of 682 meters above sea level. 6 It is located on an area crossed by streams, in addition to the Guadarrama River. There are large extensions of holm oaks, pines, tall and low firs and grasslands. It is a moored topography but with smooth slopes with general orientation to the S.O.
