It is built in 1968 and their style is a reference of Catalan Rationalism, designed by the architects as Coderch most prestigious, Bohigas, Saarinen and Milá providing of furniture, lamps etc. original. Currently it was restored by the owner, architect and author of the Expo Zaragoza 2008.
