Estartit: Location and surroundings of this property

L’Estartit is a town belonging to the municipality of Torroella de Montgrí on the Costa Brava. It is a very touristy town, surrounded by green mountains the Mediterranean Sea and close to the archipelago of the Medes Islands, considered a coveted destination for diving tourism.

It has beautiful beaches, the so-called Playa Grande, which is divided into three parts: the Main Beach, just over a kilometer long and located in the residential area of the town; Griells Beach, half a kilometer long and located between the Ter Vell Nature Reserve and the urbanization that gives it its name, "Els Griells", and La Pletera beach, almost two kilometers long and the quietest of all.

This paradise on the Costa Brava does not lack anything, gourmet restaurants where you can taste the best dishes in the area, beaches and idyllic villages around, even the Mediterranean-type climate, accompanied by mild temperatures all year round.

It is located next to the C-31 road which communicates directly with the historic city of Girona, Barcelona and also with France. Girona airport is only 50 km away and Barcelona airport 125 km to the south.
