This property is located on the top of Caroche Peak, in the municipality of Teresa de Cofrentes and within the Valle de Ayora (Valencia), at an altitude of 1.126 meters. To access this property we must deviate on the CV-445 road. at Teresa de Cofrentes and take the road to Pico Caroche. In this Valley of Ayora, without any doubt, the biggest locomotive in the creation of jobs is the Nuclear Power Plant, which since 1972 has been generating a large amount of energy for the use and enjoyment of a large part of Spain. With more than 47 years of activity, the government and competent entities are betting on the development of clean energies. This project is also very important for the creation of different jobs in the area and thus correct the great economic loss that would involve the closure of the Cofrentes Nuclear Power Plant in the whole area.
