Pedreguer: Location and surroundings of this property

Pedreguer located between Ondara and Gata de Gorgos, is located at the foot of the Muntanya where several hiking routes start.
It is a very traditional town dedicated to agriculture, to leather goods, handbags and hats. You eat very well in Pedreguer, there are different restaurants where you can taste the local cuisine as the "arròs amb fessols i naps" and the traditional "tapas".
On Saturdays there is a large market in the main square where we can find a variety of fruits and vegetables, and on Sundays there is a second hand market in the polygon.
In July the patron saint festivities are celebrated. Pedreguer is well known for it, as they are very fond of bullfighting and it is like a small Pamplona in the San Fermines era.
The capital of the Marina Alta, Dénia, we find it at 10 minutes and 8 km away where we find 13 km of sandy beaches but also rocky coves and the important port with daily departures to Ibiza and the Balearic Islands. The connection is optimal since the motorway is 5 minutes from Pedreguer with its own exit. Pedreguer is located approximately halfway between Alicante (city) and Valencia, both cities have their own international airport, with departures to major European cities. It takes about 1 hour by car from the airport on the AP7 motorway. Denia is located in the northern part of the Costa Blanca, and is characterized by a beautiful, fertile and diverse nature, with rugged terrain and is much less crowded than other places along the Costa Blanca.
