This functional semi-detached house is located in Corinto-Almardá beach, one of the best beaches in the north of the Valencian Community. A quiet area, near Port de Sagunto and Sagunto city, one of the most historic cities of the Valencian Community. It is located to the north of the province of Valencia, being the capital of the region of Camp de Morvedre. With a population of about 65,000 inhabitants, it has all the services, such as; health centres, sports centres, cultural activities, gastronomic places, shopping centres...
