Ideal to enjoy the beach and sun as well as plenty of water sports, such as windsurfing and kite surfing, or even fishing and diving. Cycling is also popular and can be easily practiced thanks to the comfortable routes availbale in the area. Cullera is also well known for its high quality cuisine, with popular rice and sea food dishes. Fish are caught by local fishermen on a daily basis. The property is specifically located in a residential area only a few metres away from the beach, so there is no need to take the car. The environment is quiet allowing to enjoy relaxed summers.
