PERALES HOUSE is a building with two terraced one-floor houses. The structure’s walls, dating back from 1936, are made of stone and wood. The complex is identified as Bº Somo 149 C. It is in disuse and in poor conservation conditions, except for the recently renovated roof. The location is the upper part of the farm, or forest area. There is an annexed closed shed in good conditions.

The constructed surfaces are:
- House ground floor: 103 square metres

- Shed: 77 square metres

The estate and its buildings are internally linked by a road system. There is a road network in the western area that allows access to the estate part where housing constructions are concentrated, and another that leads up to the Cantabrian natural forest area, with an exit from the estate towards the North, near the Somoboo urbanization. All the area around the main house is very well maintained, with entry grove, meadow, swimming pool with heated water, changing rooms, etc.
The meadows next to the estuary, surrounded by some beautiful cane fields, are in good conditions and mostly free of weeds. The areas around the houses are well maintained, as is the wood area. The property is attended by custodians and employees.

Ribamontan: Location and surroundings of this property

The complex of buildings, landscaped garden, meadows and Cantabrian natural forest, called "Finca Astillona", is located on the banks of the river Miera or Ría de Cubas, which flows into Santander Bay. Near the property, there are the beaches of Somo and Loredo, and the estate is also located in front of the Pedreña Golf Club, on the other side of the estuary.
