A beautiful Moorish-style courtyard with a fountain and marble columns welcomes us. The courtyard, through an impressive door of carved wood, gives us access to the house.
From the entrance we will find two symmetrical staircases up to the top floor where the master bedroom with the dressing and bathroom is. There are two other large bedrooms with dressing rooms in the same floor sharing a large bathroom.
On the ground floor are two dining rooms (one for summer with movable glass doors), a huge living room, TV room, 2 bedrooms with bathrooms and a spacious kitchen. There is an access from the kitchen to a covered space where we could find a dining table for twelve person and a barbecue.
Once downstairs there is a cinema, a gym with sauna and jacuzzi, a big office and a laundry area. Of course, the house has an integrated security system, home automation, satellite TV, etc.;.
The garden, which is very well kept, is complemented by a large infinity pool.
