Excellent flat in a young building (built in 2001) southwest facing, five minutes from the Avenida Parallel and next to the mountain of Montjuïc. It is located in a quiet area yet close to the entertainment areas and neighborhood character.

The apartment is perfectly distributed. Upon entering we found the hall, from which we can access the kitchen or the living room, from which we can go to one of the two exterior balconies.
