Fantastic duplex in Sant Cugat's Premium zone. This property is located in one of the best areas in Sant Cugat, just 10 minutes away from the train Station. It is also very close to the Torreblanca´s medical center and all services, schools, cinemas, library, market and auditorium.
The property is part of a private community with a children´s area. It has a magnificent terrace of 22 m² with south facing. It is ideal as a space for relaxation and leisure area where you could install a barbecue. On the first floor, we have the living room of 25 aqm, with exit to the cozy terrace and views to communal area.
