In the area of La Rodera de Sant Climent de Llobregat, we find an area where single-family houses abound.
This house is located on a dead end street, to which only neighbours use it to access their homes.
The house consists of four floors of approx. 110m2, an attic of approx.50 m2 and a garden of 100 m2 approx.
Its access is located in the street of La Creu. The main entrance leads to a large hall. Next to it we find the entrance to the car park where two cars fit comfortably. From here we access a multipurpose room, the laundry area and a bathroom.
