The house has a plot of 2.100 m2, and 700 m2 of housing. It is distributed on a main floor on which we find the entrance hall, a living room dining room of 55m2 with fireplace, kitchen of 22m2 and a guest toilet. From the living room there is access to the gardens and swimming pool. As well as from the kitchen you can access the garden and the barbecue area.
