The farm is located in Extremadura, Cáceres province, within one hour and a half driving from Madrid. It borders the Valdecañas Lake, in a protected area restricted for new constructions. The Valdecañas Lake is a very good place for fishing. There are two golf courses within 5 and, respectively, 7 kms distance, as well as hunting reserves nearby. The farm is part of migratory birds route from Europe to Africa. The Monfragüe National Park is located very close to this property. The farm can be segregated according to the buyer´s needs.
