From here you can step out onto a partly covered terrace with superb views of the natural landscape. One of these two bedrooms has access to a beautiful balcony terrace with equally beautiful views of the countryside and the sea. A lovely pool and Klafs-sauna can be found in the lush, dreamlike garden. Numerous almond and olive trees grace the grounds which cover some 15,000 m². The water supply comes courtesy of two wells. This property has one of the coveted holiday rental licenses. A short walk will take you from the house to the famous San Salvador Monastery on top of the 500-metre-high Puig de Sant Salvador. The nearest beaches and the largest nearby town of Porto Colom can be reached by car in around 15 minutes, whilst an exclusive 18-hole golf course Vall d’Or is only a few minutes away. The drive to Palma airport takes roughly 45 minutes.


S'Horta: Location and surroundings of this property

If you are looking for a peaceful idyll, then S’Horta is the place for you. With a population of just 1,000, this small village is situated in the hilly landscape between Porto Colom and Cala d‘Or. Here you will find a number of hidden properties with superb panoramic views across the landscape and out to sea. The gentle hills of this picturesque region are reminiscent of Tuscany, affording viewpoints which capture the very best of the natural scenery and turquoise seas. At the top of the approximately 400 m high Puig de Santueri stands the 14th century Castell de Santueri, which also promises superb views into the distance. S’Horta offers a range of bars, small shops, a bank and a chemist. Every Saturday, local traders sell fresh fruit and vegetables from the region at the weekly market on the village square. The village church is well worth a visit and you might be lucky enough to attend one of the musical events staged there. The popular 18-hole Vall d’Or golf course is just five minutes away, whilst Cala d’Or with its exclusive marina or Porto Colom can be reached by car in 10 minutes; the drive to Palma airport takes around 45 minutes.
