“Jardín Tropical” is a luxury 5-stars-hotel complex on the seafront in Costa Adeje and offers all hotel facilities, one of the most beautiful pool areas, bars, reception, etc. This studio-apartment is in need of renovation and has fantastic ocean views. It is accessible via the stairs or lifts from the main reception area and it is wheelchair accessible. As you walk into the apartment, there are two single beds, the bathroom, followed by a kitchenette and the living room with sliding doors leading onto the balcony. This property is an interesting investment if you are looking to spend part of the year in Tenerife or are thinking of investing in properties for holiday rentals as the complex its self is affiliated to RCI and has a holiday rental infrastructure already in place.

The luxury hotel “Jardín Tropical” was newly renovated in 2016/2017. The service departments leave nothing to be desired. There are four restaurants in total, four different bars, a 24-hour reception, a SPA, a modern open-air fitness area, two wonderful pool landscapes - one embedded in the Mediterranean hotel complex and the other in front sea line. The hotel offers many corners, where you can find Balinese beds (extra charges) or comfortable sun loungers to relax. The owners of the apartments in the “Jardín Tropical” are allowed to use all hotel services - in the restaurant/bars, SPA and VIP areas there can be extra charges. The hotel is located right on the long beach promenade that leads from La Caleta to Los Cristianos. Everything can be reached within a short walking distance, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, shopping centres, Puerto Colón’s harbour, various beautiful sandy beaches, etc. The South airport is only a 20 minutes drive away.
