Pollensa.- The town is lively all year round, with charming boutiques, cool bars and a vast choice of good restaurants. Culture runs deep here and Pollensa’s past is full of legends and ancient history. The town calendar is full of important celebrations, Catholic, pagan and historical, processions, mock battles etc. Without doubt, Pollensa is one of the most beautiful areas in the whole of Mallorca and remains a perpetual inspiration to the creative.
An International Music Festival is held here every summer, and a very popular Wine Fair in spring (Fira del Vi) and the town is home to an abundance of Art Galleries, artists and craftsmen (ceramics and textile).
