The municipio offers two schools, one of them state and bilingual and the other one is public, in addition to all basic services. It is well connected to Madrid through several bus lines, also, it has access to the A-1 and M-50. It is planned the construction of the toll highway R-1 which will run parallel to the A-1. Furthermore, it is near to the Corporate Development Las Tablas, BBVA La Vela and Ciudad Telefónica.
