This lovely townhouse is located on Almenara’s beach, the southern village of Castellón province, between the mediterranean coast and the foothills of the “Sierra de Espadán”. Its population is about 6,100 people. Its historic centre is situated about 4kms away from the coast, under the castle hill. This Castle, now in ruins, was built by the during the Middle Age. At the time it was the residence of Jaime I of Aragon and his wife Violante de Hungría. Between the historic centre and the coast marshes we found Casablanca beach with great diversity of flora and fauna. A charming village well connected by road and railway where all services are provided such as health centers, schools, culture, as well as the beauty of its surroundings.
