Built in the 17th century by Juan Martinez de Loiola, who held a high position in the Casa de Contratación in Seville, commissioned to build this house, which ended in 1617. The existing documentation on the process of building the house shows the great interest and care that went both the quality of designs and materials of different interior elements. Almost all of its original construction elements are preserved; such as load-bearing walls, interior wooden structure, floor boards and paneling, access hall, stairs, etc. The main facade is not that faces the street but a side, by which, through a small garden, accessed inside the building. In the middle of it, up to the first floor, it has a shield with the arms of Oñaz and Loyola. Taking advantage of the work of reform and restoration an enclosed garage was built, respecting the aesthetics and materials of the main building. The new viewpoint with its glass facade, brings a touch of modernity that integrates seamlessly into the building. It was declared a historical and artistic Order of January 17 of 1,964 provincial monument of interest. The possibilities offered by this property are many, as the building can be turned into a b&b, a restaurant or a boutique hotel.
