The Finca de Anes is a historic mountain farmhouse to be restored located 4 km from Bellver, with an extension of 169Ha. It is formed by a set of stone buildings built around an era or inner courtyard. The main house consists of two floors plus attic, haystack and covered annexes. In a meadow near the main house find two recently built cattle buildings with an area of 450 sqm each. The Romanesque chapel of Sant Mamet, restored by the Diputación de Lleida in 1987, stands 200 m away. It has water, electricity and telephone services. The farm is oriented South and offers unobstructed views of La Tosa and Cadí mountains. The archaeological value of the estate is given by the fact that the famous Anes Cave is located there, as well as the Iberian village of Subiró of pre-Roman origin. The permitted uses range from reconstruction as a single-family house, hotel, rural tourism, craftsman or agricultural and livestock activities.
The Cerdanya valley is surrounded by the Catalan Pyrenees with wonderful views of mountains like the Sierra del Cadi or Tosa d’Alp, amongst others, providing us an exceptional place to live or spend vacation periods all year round. Privileges include lots of sunny days during the year, mild temperatures in summer, postcard looks in spring and autumn and a winter surrounded by ski resorts.
Bellver de Cerdanya, one of the largest municipalities in the region, is made up of 15 small towns, Bellver being the most populous and therefore the one with all the services, such as pharmacy, doctor, supermarkets, workshops, etc. Its cultural heritage is centered on the Romanesque fully visible in the Hermitage of the Finca de Anes, built on the rock at the foot of the Serrat del Sobirós. Its natural heritage offers an unparalleled landscape and the possibility of hiking through the Cadí Moixeró Natural Park, the “Dels Bons Homes” route or the Romanesque route among others.
