Very nice country villa in rural Majorca, enjoy peace and quiet and a really authentic feeling. The property stands on a 14,000 sqm of land with lots of fruit trees, pretty gardens, a super pool and wonderful views over the country side and to the mountains, absolutely ideal for families or groups of friends looking for a real retreat from everyday life.
The attention is very friendly, breakfast, lunch or dinner services are offered at the property and also the opportunity to try a bit of horticulture! The villa has a large, comfortable living / dining room, well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, combined gas and electric cooker, fridge-freezer, breakfast table and fireplace. There is a laundry room with washing machine and separate dryer.
There are five bedrooms and capacity for eight people; upstairs are one double room (135cm x 200cm) with air conditioning, one twin room (90cm x 190cm) with fans, and a twin room (90cm x 200cm) with air conditioning. Downstairs are one double bedroom (135cm x 190cm) with air conditioning and one double (120cm x190cm) with fans. There are two bathrooms; one with shower and toilet upstairs and one complete bathroom downstairs plus an exterior shower.
Outside is plenty of terrace space and super porches for totally relaxing at any time of day beside a brilliant pool.

The area is perfect for walking or cycling, the local village is very close and the S’Albufera Natural Park (wetlands) a haven for bird watchers and some of the best sandy beaches on the island are only a short drive away. Located just 2 km from the lovely rural town of Muro with only 7000 inhabitants, here you will find restaurants offering local cuisine, supermarket, bakery, sports center, ethnological museum and Roman church. If you fancy a day somewhere more lively and with international fair Alcudia and Can Picafort are bustling seaside towns with lots to offer.
Playa de Muro.- the middle section of the white sandy 8.5km beach which runs along the bay of Alcudia. Once an independent village, it now borders Puerto Alcudia and Ca’n Picafort which conveniently allows for the benefits of both to be utilised whilst being based in a more exclusive and quieter area. With ample shops and restaurants close by, it is not necessary to venture to far from the beach to find low key entertainment. Part of the beach is protected and these areas are especially peaceful; all this section of the coastline lends itself to an array of water sports, from swimming to beach volley, windsurfing and diving. Venturing inland, the S'Albufera Nature Reserve spans some 1600 hectares and is one of the area's biggest attractions. Consisting mainly of wetland, marsh and dunes, it is a haven for birdwatchers, walkers and nature enthusiasts. The nice old town of Muro is situated only 9km inland from the beach.
