The village of Sa Pobla is known in Mallorca for being one of the most agricultural of the island. It’s situation in the plateau of Mallorca facilitates that its grounds are truly fertile, providing diverse crops throughout the entire year, such as potatoes or the exquisite summer strawberries. The distance to the coast is only 14 Km approx, and there are excellent road links due to the newly upgraded motorway. The nearby towns are Campanet, Buger, Pollensa and Alcudia. The urban developments of Crestatx, S'Obac and Son Toni are located on the outskirts of Sa Pobla. These are urban developments destined for family homes, the majority of them with swimming pool and landscaped gardens. The urban developments are situated at the foot of the mountain after the very well known “Vall d'Aixartell”, which is rich in forests of holm oaks, beautiful spots and spectacular views. These are very peaceful urban areas, with good transport links and with excellent services only a short distance, such as schools, medical centres, airport, etc.
