Son Simó Vell is an authentic Majorcan country estate of 40 hectares with a beautiful manor that is a fusion of traditional external elements and luminous, modern interiors.
There are eight bedrooms in total, four doubles and four junior suites, all with 2m x 2m beds and full bathrooms (tub and shower) and hair dryers, hot and cold air conditioning, mini bar, telephone, satellite TV, safe, bathrobe and pool towels. There is capacity for 16 adults, three children in supplementary beds and three babies in cots.
Guests will have at their disposal maximum comfort and at the same time complete peace and privacy within wonderful grounds that are home to mature gardens and indigenous trees and plants. Olive, wine, almond trees and ancient oaks form a catalogued landscape of special interest. The ‘finca’ is known for its wine production of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah, virgin olive oil, oranges, lemons, other fruit and vegetables, chickens, sheep, donkeys……
Facilities include a 600 sqm sports field, gymnasium, WiFi in communal areas, salt water pool (16m x 4m).
Services include daily two hour clean, change of linen and towels every five days and breakfast. Extra services offered are cleaning services, supermarket shopping, laundry, babysitting, massage, boat rental and wine tasting.
