It is a bright and airy stone house with a great pool and lots of land, lawns and Mediterranean plants and trees. The villa is suitable in parts for wheelchair access and has a gated driveway. Situated in a peaceful spot, down a private lane in a short drive away to all amenities.
Inside the house, all the rooms have bright white walls, terracotta tiles and traditional Mallorcan beamed ceilings. The lounge-dining room has a long dining table, two sofas, satellite television, dvd and cd. There is a very nice covered terrace, which runs around two sides of the house, overlooking the gardens and the pool. The kitchen has lots of workspace. Also on this ground level, there is a double bedroom and a bathroom with a bath and a shower.
On the first floor, there is another double bedroom and three twin bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, one with a bath and a shower and a second shower-bathroom. All the bedrooms have air-conditioning and lovely views out over the gardens and valleys.
