Entering the private drive you are surrounded by lush greenery and ample parking for at least three cars.
The villa comprises of three bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and air conditioning. The double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with bathtub and walk in shower cubicle. There are two twin bedrooms which share a bathroom with shower.
The kitchen is well equipped with fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven and hob. There is an American style breakfast bar which separates the kitchen from the living-dining room. The open plan area has comfortable sofas, flat screen TV, DVD player, Wifi and a functioning wood burner. There is also a dining table and chairs for 6 people.
To the rear of the villa is the large garden area and swimming pool. There is a large covered terrace with comfortable seating and an outdoor dining set for al fresco meals. Just to the side of the house looking out to the terrace and garden is the barbecue area which is covered and is also home to the washing machine in a room to the side.
There is a large sun terrace to soak up the mallorcan sun with stunning views to the Puig de Maria Mountain. The pool with Roman steps is surrounded by well-kept gardens and lawn. The perfect place to relax and unwind whilst being close to the town and all that Pollensa offers. An excellent holiday location.
