Lovely, inviting property, ideal for a relaxing countryside holiday. Double gates lead into a large parking area and the front of the house. A path leads to the rear where you will find the swimming pool, terraces and gardens. The villa has an open plan living-dining area with comfortable sofas and TV, DVD, sound system. There is also access to the side terraces from here. A few steps lead up from the living area to the dining area. There is also a twin bedroom with adjacent full bathroom with bathtub. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, gas hob and oven. This is a spacious kitchen with a breakfast table and chairs. Stairs lead up to a twin bedroom and double bedroom. Both bedrooms share a full bathroom with bathtub. All bedrooms have air conditioning. The swimming pool has Roman steps surrounded by lawn; this area is enclosed and is very private. The casita has a sink and preparation area with a wooden oven. There is also a shower room close to the pool area. Ping-Pong table on one of the covered terraces too. A portable BBQ completes the outdoor facilities, ideal for al fresco dining on the terrace.
