The private drive takes you into a gated courtyard with ample parking space. Through the large traditional doors you will enter the large high ceilinged living, dining room. This is a wonderful open space with a large dining table with seating for all guests. On from the dining area is a comfortable seating area with TV, DVD, Wi-Fi. This is a light and airy room with air conditioning and large patio doors which open out onto the terrace. Open plan kitchen well equipped also leads out onto the terrace. There are in total 3 bedrooms and a mezzanine bedroom at the villa, all bedrooms have air conditioning and the mezzanine benefits from the air conditioning in the living area. 1st bedroom has an en suite bathroom and double bed. 2nd bedroom is a twin bedroom with en suite bathroom. 3rd bedroom has a double bed again with en suite bathroom. There is a large double bed on the mezzanine level, and on the lower floor a W/C with sink. The exteriors of the house are excellent with wonderful gardens and pool, BBQ house, large dining table and a seating area. In the corner of the swimming pool, offering an extra touch is a Jacuzzi jet area. This villa is in a secluded, quiet countryside location with the rolling Mallorcan countryside ahead.
